Lillian Gaynor was born in Fort Worth, Texas and graduated from Tarrant County Community College in 2008 with an Associate of Arts Degree. She then went to Sanford Brown College where she earned a degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography in 2012. Lillian started her career working for Diagnostic Health Services, a mobile ultrasound company, where she helped provide ultrasounds to rehabilitation centers, doctor’s offices, outpatient facilities, and small hospitals. She then went to work for Arlington Memorial Hospital at a breast facility where she worked closely with a radiologist doing ultrasounds and assisting with breast biopsies. After a few years she
accepted a job at Medical city Fort Worth where she expanded her training and learned to perform transcranial dopplers for a group of Neurologists. Other facilities she has worked at include USMD where she did pediatric urology ultrasounds, and Baylor Medical Center where she worked with an OB/gyn doctor. Later she spent several years providing on call ultrasound to free-standing ER’s across the
country which include Complete Care, Surepoint ER, PresNow, Albuquerque ER, the Emergency Center and Total Care. In 2017 she began her own ultrasound business staffing Lake Worth Minor Emergency Clinic and Lake Country Family Medicine. With over 10 years of ultrasound and managerial experience, she has continued to provide contract staffing to facilities all over the country. Her love for the medical field and passion for excellent patient care is the standard that she builds Health Link staffing by. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children, friends and family, traveling, outdoor activities, interior design, crafting, gardening, exercising, and reading.

Dr Brian Buchanan, M.D.
Medical Doctor
Dr Brian Buchanan is a very talented addition to the Health Link Staffing team and sits on our medical advisory board. With over 15 years in emergency medicine and Medical Director experience, he adds a great deal of wisdom and knowledge to our ever-growing company. His love for patient care and standard of excellence brings accountability to the quality of service that our team provides. He began pursuing his medical career as an undergraduate of Baylor University in Waco Texas in 2002.
He then furthered his education at the University of Texas Health San Antonio from 2003-2007 and was then accepted into the school of Emergency Medicine in Corpus Christi where he graduated in 2010. He has a wide array of emergency medicine experience at health care facilities including John Peter Smith Hospital, Baylor Medical Center and Dallas Regional Medical Center. He also served as the Clinical
Clerkship Director at BUMC for 5 years and was the Principal Professor of Emergency Medicine at Texas A&M. In addition to his position at Health Link staffing, he is also the Medical Director of Ideal image as well as a physician at the Dallas VA Hospital.

Melissa Buchanan AS, RDMS
Radiology Manager
Melissa Buchanan joined Health Link Staffing as a Radiology Manager and has been an incredible asset to our facilities as well as our clinical staff. With over 7 years of supervisor and managerial experience, she works to implement policies, ensures all licenses and credentials are up to date, and trains contracted staff in JCAOH standards and radiology scanning protocols. Melissa Buchanan is an Abilene, Texas native who moved to Dallas, Texas where she attended North Central Texas College and graduated with an Associates Degree in Applied Sciences in 2008. She then
furthered her education where she earned a Degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography in 2012 from Sanford Brown College. She started her career working for Diagnostic Health Services, which is a mobile ultrasound company
that staffs a wide array of healthcare facilities. She then accepted a position with Preferred imaging which is an outpatient clinic setting. She has contracted with several OB/Gyn doctors’ offices including Be Women’s Health and Wellness, Dr. Bartos OB, Dr Chad Simmons OB, Dr Luis DeLeon Usuga OB, and Adriatica Women’s Health and OB/Gyn. She perfected her skills in performing OB/gyn scans, Level 2 fetal anatomy surveys and pediatric echoes while working for these practices. In 2016 she accepted a supervisor position with Elite Ultrasound and was also hired as a Supervisor with Precision Ultrasound managing ultrasound staff, implementing company policies, and making schedules along with other managerial tasks. She has contracted with several free-standing ER’s including Lakewood ER, Surepoint ER, Total Care ER, Complete Care, Preston Hollow ER, and Highland Park ER. She was hired on with Health Link Staffing in 2023 as the Radiology Manager and helps coordinate and manage all contracted Radiology staff. In her free time, she enjoys playing with her dog Hazel, spending time with friends and family, exercising, traveling, and trying out new restaurants.

Aaron Gaynor, BA
Operations Manager
Aaron Gaynor joined Health Link Staffing as our senior accountant and helps streamline the billing
processes for the company. With his vast experience in business ownership, invoicing, and organizational skills, he works to simplify all accounting for your healthcare facility. He attended Tarrant County Community College where he earned an Associate of Arts degree in 2010 and then continued his education at the University of North Texas where he earned a Bachelor's degree in English. In 2011 he started his own business teaching Kung Fu after earning his 3rd degree black belt. He taught Kung Fu and Tai Chi for several years and outside of working for Health Link Staffing, he enjoys exercising, home remodeling, and spending time with friends and family.
